Investment Sales Consultant

  Our client is a successful property developer with a growing portfolio of residential schemes across the North West. Due to expansion within the group, they are now looking for a high calibre property investment sales consultant to work within their successful sales division located in central Liverpool. Working within their investment sales team, you will be responsible for selling properties both off plan and on site. You will be selling to investors across the UK and abroad, you must be an intelligent and adaptable sales person who is able to tailor you pitch to clients on a global basis. We are looking for an exceptional sales-person who is a confident negotiator and can build relationships with new and existing investment clients. This is a fast paced, target driven role and we are looking for high achievers who can succeed within a highly competitive investment sales market. Offering a basic salary of £25-£30k, within an OTE of £80k+ plus additional rewards, incentives and career progression opportunities.
