Sales Progression Manager

Our client is an extremely successful estate agent with a huge market share of the Liverpool property market. Within their busy office they have a vibrant team of top performing estate agents and one of the best working environments in Liverpool! They now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Progression Manager to lead their sales progression team based in south Liverpool. Working in conjunction with the sales division, you will oversee the key support department for vendors and purchasers, actively seeing property sales through from offer stage to completion. The sales progression department is an extremely pivotal part to the sales process, to ensure that all customers are given an exceptional service during the stressful period of exchange and completion. You will liaise with solicitors, banks and mortgage companies, ensuring that deadlines are adhered to and client expectations are met, manging and resolving any complications along the way. This role is extremely fast paced, with deadlines to meet on a daily basis. As well as managing the team, you will have an individual pipeline of sales to manage, so we are therefore looking for a confident multitasker who is used to managing high volumes of clients whilst delivering an excellent service under pressure. Due to the daily demands of this position, we are looking for a candidate who has experience within estate agency, either within a sales negotiator or sales progression capacity. This role offers a rare opportunity within the estate agency sector to work Monday – Friday whilst enjoying the benefits of an excellent team environment and a lucrative commission structure.
