Asset Manager - BTR Schemes

We currently have an opportunity for a Build to Rent Asset Manager to work with our prestigious client, based in Manchester.

We are looking for an extremely high calibre BTR manager, who has experience in successfully managing a portfolio of schemes, with a track record of high-performance delivery. You will be an excellent client manager, with a strong focus on relationship building and the ability to deliver an exceptional level of service throughout your BTR teams.

Being responsible for schemes throughout the UK, the role will include some travel to sites, meeting regularly with your clients and service teams to ensure best practice is continually delivered throughout the business.

You will have an active involvement in the lettings performance, ensuring that all on site teams have high occupancy levels as well as working alongside Facilities Management teams to ensure that all schemes are operational and safe.

Our client additionally has new schemes set to be launched, therefore some mobilisation experience would be beneficial.
