Property Assistant

As a property assistant within an extremely busy team, you will assist the sales team with all of their duties, dealing with vendors and third-party clients on a daily basis. You must be able to work to weekly targets and KPI’s, you will proactively contact prospective vendors to arrange property viewings and valuations, along with upselling a range of additional services to your clients. You will be responsible for marketing properties line, dealing with incoming telephone enquiries and carrying out various administrative duties such as updating the database, logging sales particulars and updating the daily sales figures. You will also be required to drop off marketing leaflets to prospective clients. (You must have your own car). You will be pad full expenses for all of your travel. This is a busy and varied role where you will be challenged every day and you will have an opportunity to make a real difference to the success of the company. Salary will be £19,000 - £21,000k increasing after the initial training period.    This is an amazing opportunity to learn and progress your career within a market leading estate agent. Working hours will be Monday – Friday 8.45-5.30pm (twice a week finishing at 7pm), plus every other Saturday.
