Business Development Assistant

Our client is a prestigious investments sales organisation who are currently expanding their team based in Trafford Park. They have an opportunity for a Business Development assistant to join their sales team, to support the lead generation function across the global sales platform.

As lead generation specialist, you will support the sales function by qualifying prospective clients both in the UK and abroad, ascertaining if they may be a suitable investors by asking intelligent, market lead questions and initiating conversations about the UK property market.

We are looking for a highly motivated, professional candidate who is looking for a ‘foot in the door’ into the property investment sales sector. You should have an exceptional telephone manner and be able to liaise with clients from all corners of the globe. Ideally you will have some knowledge or experience within the property sector and be a highly motivated candidate who is able to work well to targets and KPI’s.

This role can offer the opportunity to progress into an investment sales function and is an ideal role for a candidate who is looking for a way to start a career within this field.

Much of your day will be spent on the phone, so you must be positive, tenacious and thick skinned!

Our client is offering an excellent package including a basic salary of £20,000 - £24,000 plus a realistic OTE of £50,000k within your first year.
