Commercial Property Tenant Host

Our client is a highly successful property company across both commercial and residential property, with an exceptional reputation for their innovation and design, transforming buildings, and the regeneration of areas. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work within their dynamic team, based in their award-winning commercial buildings in Liverpool City Centre. Within this front of house role, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all tenants, delivering a first-class customer service experience, ensuring maximum client satisfaction, and helping to retain business within the building. You will build a community feel within the space for the tenants by arranging various on-site events through the year, creating a fun and exciting place to work. Working collaboratively with the lettings, facilities, and asset management team as front of house customer host, you will ensure that the best possible service is given to all tenants by dealing with a range of enquiries, carrying out general administration tasks such as database management, meeting room bookings/management etc, and showing perspective tenants vacant office space if needed, working alongside the lettings surveying team. You will be responsible for general Building Management and Health and Safety duties on a daily basis, ranging from daily walk-rounds, making sure the buildings are presentable, weekly fire alarm testing, and vacant unit inspections. In return, our client is offering a basic salary of £30,000 plus a highy attractive benefits package. Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am until 5.30pm based on site.
