Lettings accounts/customer service assistant

Our client is fast growing and dynamic property management company based in Liverpool. They are currently seeking an experienced Lettings accounts/customer service assistant, to join their lively team in the city centre. Based out of their modern city centre office, you will provide administrative support to the lettings accounts team, whilst providing excellent customer care to their landlords and tenants as well as other ad-hoc duties. The role might suits a candidate working within a customer service/admin based role with the finance or property sector. Role and responsibilities:

• Dealing with telephone and email queries in relation to rents payments
• Providing an exceptional level of service to customers
• Ensuring data in the systems is up to date and accurate as well investigating unknown transactions
• Posting of daily bank receipts to block management software
• Posting of supplier invoices to accounts and block management software
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Monitoring emails
• Other ad hoc duties including assistance the other team members during busy periods

Our client is offering a basic salary of £24,000 - £26,000. Other benefits include:
