Senior Sales and Lettings Agent

My client is a fast-growing property company, with a reputation for exceptional customer service. Due to business growth, they are now seeking a successful sales and lettings consultant to join their professional team based in Stockport. This is a fast-paced combined sales and lettings consultant role, where you will be given the autonomy to develop new and existing business. You will ideally be of graduate calibre, with a string background within estate agency and/or lettings, a self-starter who is capable of exceeding targets and has a natural flair for providing outstanding customer service. Main responsibilities:  

• Responsible for handling enquiries, arranging viewings, conducting valuations, attending viewings, negotiating sales/lettings, and progressing transactions through to completion.

• Prospecting for new business
• Negotiating sales and rental contract terms
• Working to daily targets
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service
• Working closely with the property management team
• Sales progression
• Sourcing and advertising new properties
• Generating new business opportunities
• Selling to a mixture owner occupiers and investors

  We are looking for a dynamic, career driven candidate who has experience within the estate agency / lettings sector and is now looking for the next step within their career.
