About the role
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Construction Director to oversee developments across our clients’ key sites in Liverpool and the north of England.
As group Construction Director, you will be fully responsible for the build of all residential schemes, currently with approx. 500 units, ranging from £1 to £20 million per scheme build cost.
As Construction Director, you will be accountable for the entire project delivery, including:
- Budget and cost management
- CSA Build prices
- Recruiting and managing sub-contractors
- Quality (incl. design matters)
- Risk Management (including mitigation & management actions taken)
- Legal/commercial issues regarding construction contracts
- Planning and statutory authority matters
- Health & Safety performance of each project
- Overseeing and accountable for each project from start to finish
We are looking for an extremely high calibre Construction Manager who has a proven track record in delivering both large scale residential schemes and smaller schemes.
Our client is offering a salary of £70,000 - £80,000, together with a range of benefits and a genuine opportunity become a shareholder in the future.
