Senior Sales Negotiator

Our client is highly successful Estate Agent with a huge market presence in Greater Manchester. They have a reputation for exceptional customer service, and a modern approach to estate agency. The role will be based within a highly successful office located in South Manchester. As a Senior Sales Negotiator within this thriving agent, you will be responsible for listing a range of local properties and ensuring that customers always receive an excellent level of service.

• Identifying and maximising business opportunities
• Booking and carrying out viewings
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Negotiating and agreeing offers
• Working towards individual and branch targets and KPI’s
• Carrying out Valuations and Listings

What does make this role really interesting however is the opportunity to become involved in Valuation, so will suit an experienced Sales Negotiator looking for the next step in their career, or an existing valuer who feels frustrated or demotivated in their current company. Our client is offering a salary of c£20-23,000 basic, company car, plus a highly lucrative commission structure, with working hours being Monday to Friday with every other Saturday morning. We are looking for candidate who possess the following skills and attributes:

• Strong experience as a Sales Negotiator
• A keen interest or experience in Valuation
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure,
• Confident, professional and well presented
• Must have a driving license
• Professional telephone manner
• Enthusiastic and highly driven
• Ambitious and career minded
• Team player, honest and personable
