Front of house, customer service lettings assistant

Our client is a highly successful Build to Rent operator, with a reputation for luxury living and 5-star customer service. They have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated front of house, customer service lettings assistant, to work within their dynamic team, based in their prestigious apartment building in Salford Quays.

Within this front of house role, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all tenants, managing the reception desk and dealing with all tenant queries in person, also by phone and email.

Working collaboratively with the lettings and property management team as front of house customer service assistant, you will ensure that the best possible service is given to all on site teams, taking calls and dealing with a range of enquiries, carrying out general administration tasks and accompanying prospective new tenants on viewings.

We are looking for a professional and energetic candidate, to ensure that all enquiries are successfully handled, and tenants are given a 5-star service at all times. Our client is looking for a well presented, customer focussed candidate to represent their prestigious brand and to ensure that the highest quality of service is provided at all times.

Our client is offering a generous salary of £27,500 plus £3000 bonus, plus lots of other perks and rewards. Hours of work are on a 4 days on, 4 days off rolling rota basis, 7am-7pm.
