Marketing / PR Consultant

Our client is a highly successful property design organisation, located in fashionable offices in central Liverpool. They are looking for an experienced Marketing/PR Consultant to support the partners and project teams with all duties related to Marketing and Bids, to increase company brand awareness as a North-West leading firm. Main responsibilities: Creating bid documentation and proposals Manage the framework and e-portals, ensure internal CVs are up to date with relevant experience on Marketing Manage the social media platform (tracking reach, content creation and delivery) and management of the website (updates of pages, creation of new pages, content creation and news items etc.) Tracking metrics through Google Analytics - Creation of branded collateral – brochures/flyers/case studies Management of OpenAsset – a digital asset management tool Manage an external photographer for professional shoots Manage the CRM, internal communication, newsletters, events and co-ordinating project updates Manage all external events and conferences, management of external partners and agencies to promote the business in all aspects Creation of awards submissions, creation of monthly marketing and digital reports and competitor analysis Creation of press releases and liaison with press contacts   We are looking for highly motivated and confident candidate, possessing strong organisational skills, attention to detail, able to use initiative and work to deadlines. Ability to attend client faced events confidently and to work with stakeholders of a senior level. You must be able to show digital ability when tasked with managing the website, brochure creation and Google Analytics, therefore a marketing focussed degree would be beneficial and experience of bid writing would be advantageous Our client is offering a competitive salary of £25000k– £35000k, plus additional perks including a cycle to work scheme, wellbeing group, pension and your birthday day off!
