Creator Success Lead Surbiton, Surrey (Office-Based) - 5 days a week £28K (£30K after probation) + £6K Bonus | OTE £36K This isn't a typical support role. About the Role Our client is a fast-growing, social-first agency working with creators across international markets. You'll sit at the centre of creator success - managing relationships, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is part relationship manager, part operator, part problem-solver. You'll: Own onboarding and offboarding of creators Act as the main point of contact for creator communication Manage ongoing relationships and weekly check-ins Coordinate across internal teams to ensure delivery stays on track Spot and resolve issues before they escalate Report on creator performance, sentiment, and overall health Who You Are You're not disorganised - and you don't miss details.
