Senior Planning / Project Manager – Growth Agency – Central London – c.£50K
You’ll own delivery across a portfolio of complex, multi-channel projects – paid media, creative, landing pages, tracking, app builds – all moving at pace, all at once.
You’re the person who makes it all work.
What You’ll Do Own projects end-to-end – scope, plan, resource, deliver Build clear, realistic timelines (before things break, not after) Track progress daily, flag risks early, fix problems fast Manage budgets, scope and profitability – no surprises Coordinate across creative, growth and technical teams Keep clients and internal teams aligned, informed and moving What They’re Looking For 4-6 years in a digital/creative/growth agency Proven experience running complex, multi-workstream projects Comfortable across both creative and technical delivery Highly organised, detail-obsessed, proactive Commercially aware – you understand scope, margin and delivery reality Calm under pressure, solutions-first If you’re an operator who takes pride in control, clarity and delivery – this is your role.
