Required Skills:

Proven experience as an Electrical Trainer or Assessor in a relevant setting.
Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring regulations, and industry standards (e.g., BS 7671).
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
Competency in designing, developing, and delivering electrical training and assessments.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to accurately track and record learner progress.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with online or digital training platforms related to electrical training.
Knowledge of current industry certifications and safety standards.
Mentoring skills and the ability to support learners through their development path.

Preferred Education and Experience:

A relevant electrical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent).
Previous experience in electrical training, assessment, or supervision within a vocational or technical environment.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel to various training locations as required.
Relevant industry certifications or assessor qualifications are advantageous.
