Key Skills Required:

Prior experience in a senior safeguarding or deputy position

Experience working within education, social care, or youth services sectors

Preferred Education and Experience:

Relevant degree or professional qualification in safeguarding, social work, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in safeguarding roles, with some leadership responsibilities
Demonstrated success in developing safeguarding policies and leading teams

Willingness to undergo necessary background checks and safeguarding clearances
Flexibility to travel or attend meetings as required
