TR2 Recruitment are currently working with a leading Further Education provider in the Furness area who are looking to appoint a Brickwork Lecturer on a full time permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Brickwork professional or FE Lecturer to join a supportive department delivering from Entry Level through to Level 3 learners.

The Role:

Deliver engaging Brickwork lessons across Entry Level to Level 3
Support learner progression, achievement and practical development
Full time permanent position
4 days teaching delivery with 1 dedicated prep/administration day
Work within a well-established Construction department

The Ideal Candidate:

Industry experience within Brickwork
Previous teaching or training experience desirable
Teaching qualification preferred, although industry professionals looking to move into FE may be considered
Passion for supporting learners and developing future tradespeople
