We are recruiting for a Welding & Fabrication Instructor to join a respected engineering training provider based in the West Midlands.

This role will mainly involve teaching apprentices within a practical workshop environment, alongside delivering short commercial training courses to experienced engineers looking to upskill.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Welding & Fabrication experience and be confident demonstrating:
• MIG Welding
• TIG Welding
• MMA Welding
• General fabrication and workshop practices

This opportunity would suit either an experienced trainer/instructor or someone currently working in industry looking to move into education and training.

• Strong practical Welding & Fabrication background
• Excellent subject knowledge across multiple welding processes
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage and support learners
• Passion for passing on industry knowledge and skills
