Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 4:00pm
Rate: £50 per hour

TR2 Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Tutor to join a well-established training provider in Greater Manchester. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity with an immediate start and an excellent hourly rate.

This role involves delivering high-quality training to apprentices, supporting them throughout their learning journey and helping them develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed within the Refrigeration & Air Conditioning industry.

The Role

Deliver engaging Refrigeration & Air Conditioning training to apprentices.
Support learners to achieve apprenticeship standards.
Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure teaching is engaging, compliant and meets awarding body requirements.
Maintain accurate learner records and documentation.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience teaching Refrigeration & Air Conditioning within Further Education or Apprenticeships.
Good understanding of apprenticeship standards and delivery.
Relevant Refrigeration & Air Conditioning industry qualifications.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Passionate about supporting learners to achieve their full potential.

Teaching qualifications are desirable; however, if you have the right teaching experience and industry knowledge, support may be available to achieve Level 3 and Level 4 teaching qualifications.
