Manchester City Centre | Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)
Salary: £32,000 per annum + Bonus

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Spanish Speaking Credit Controller to join their finance team based in Manchester City Centre.

You’ll take ownership of your own ledger while building strong relationships with Spanish-speaking customers and internal stakeholders, helping to drive cash collection performance and minimise aged debt.

The Role

As Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring outstanding payments are collected in line with agreed terms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full credit control process across an allocated ledger
• Proactively chasing outstanding payments via telephone and email
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, including Spanish-speaking clients
• Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries
• Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts
• Monitoring aged debt and escalating concerns where appropriate
• Supporting cash flow forecasting and reporting activities
• Maintaining accurate customer account records and financial data

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Previous Credit Control experience
• Fluent Spanish and English communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Confident and professional approach to collections
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Good Microsoft Excel and Office skills
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to develop
