Partnering with VH Financial Recruitment, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Credit Manager to join an innovative and well-known organisation that prides itself on its people-focused culture and commitment to employee development.

Based in the Manchester Shared Service Centre (SSC), this exciting and varied role will enable you to showcase your leadership skills by managing and developing a high-performing team responsible for the recovery of income through best-practice credit control. You will oversee legal cases, receiverships and insolvencies while driving operational excellence across the Credit function.

A strong understanding of end-to-end Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes is essential, along with the ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives, influence stakeholders and deliver outstanding customer and business outcomes.

Key Skills Required

• Previous Credit Management experience.
• Proven people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience delivering projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Shared Service Centre (SSC) experience would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
