You’ll be joining a growing civil engineering consultancy that delivers development‑led infrastructure projects across residential, commercial and mixed‑use schemes. The team is expanding due to sustained project wins, creating a genuine opportunity for someone who wants ownership, progression and a varied workload.

THE ROLE

Lead the design of drainage, highways, external works and development infrastructure
Oversee projects from early feasibility through planning and technical approval
Coordinate with internal disciplines, external consultants and project stakeholders
Review and sign off technical designs, drawings and reports
Mentor junior engineers and support capability development within the team
Prepare fee proposals and contribute to client relationship management
Attend meetings and occasional site visits as required

ABOUT YOU

Degree or HND in Civil Engineering
IEng or working towards (desirable)
5+ years’ experience in a consultancy environment
Strong background in development infrastructure design
Proficient with AutoCAD and 3D design software (Site3D, Civil 3D or similar)
Solid understanding of SuDS, Building Regulations, MfS, DMRB and relevant standards

SALARY & BENEFITS
