If you are an experienced Residential Valuation Surveyor looking for a new career opportunity, this is a great time to join the team at a successfully established Chartered Surveyors and Valuers.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of a year’s post-RICS qualification
- Member of AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS
- VRS registered
- Technical Residential Surveying experience
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Confident user of MS Office
- Basic salary £45,000 (depending on experience)
- Car allowance £4,800 + mileage
- Fee Share (15K – 25K OTE)
- Private Healthcare
- 31 days Annual Leave (inc BH)
- Equipment supplied for surveying
- Annual membership fees paid – RICS and VRS
- Full training provided
- Flexible working
