A respected RIBA Chartered practice in Lyndhurst is looking for a qualified Architect to join their growing team. You’ll work across a varied project portfolio including heritage, residential, commercial, healthcare, and listed buildings, with full involvement from concept through to completion.

This role suits someone who enjoys hands‑on project ownership, values design quality, and wants to develop within a supportive, collaborative environment.

YOUR NEW ROLE

• Deliver projects across all RIBA stages
• Produce drawings, visuals, models and technical documentation
• Use Revit and AutoCAD daily
• Coordinate with external consultants
• Support tenders, fee proposals and project planning
• Work closely with project leads while managing your own workload

ABOUT YOU

• RIBA Part 3 Qualified
• Strong design, detailing and technical skills
• Confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning procedures
• Proficient in Revit (AutoCAD beneficial)
• Freehand sketching/model-making skills valued
• 1–5 years post‑qualification experience ideal, but newly qualified Part 3s also considered
