£30,866 – £36,135 + 15% weekend allowance
39 hours per week

Shift pattern:

Mon–Thurs: 08:00–17:00
Friday: 08:00–16:00
Weekends: 08:00–15:00 (1 in 3 rota – paid at +15%)

The role
Hands-on plumbing role working across a large, secure site. You’ll be part of a maintenance team keeping systems running safely and efficiently.

Key work includes:

Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
Working on mains water systems and pipework
Fault finding, repairs and replacements
Water checks, sampling and compliance tasks

What we’re looking for
NVQ Level 2 Plumbing & Heating (essential)
Experience in maintenance (commercial or similar)
Full UK driving licence
Legionella awareness (ideal but not essential)
Able to work as part of a team in a secure environment
