Our client an exclusive 5 star 18th century country house hotel near Ascot have a fantastic opportunity to recruit their Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist in leading the team for their Brassierie experience in the British countryside.

Responsibilities
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, You will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager to ensure guest have the best Experience You’ll also be responsible for the welfare and moral of the team, whilst managing and delivering an effective training and development program. You will develop an outstanding knowledge of the food and beverage options in order to communicate this with guests and the team. You will greet guests in a welcoming and friendly manner, ensuring repeat guests are recognized.

Requirements:
An Ideal candidate as Assistant Restaurant Manager will have:
A unique personality and passion for the role
A talent for leading a team, ensuring they remain motivated to develop an exceptional guest experience.
You will have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
You will preferably have previous experience in a similar 5 star environment/  role
You’ll bring great wine and food knowledge to pass on to your team

Hours
5/7 days in line with the requirements of the role/ hotel
