Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Website/E-Commerce Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury home décor and have a proven track record in managing and optimising e-commerce platforms. This role is crucial to ensuring a seamless and exceptional online shopping experience for their discerning customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce website.

- Oversee website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.

- Assist in the Development and implementation of strategies to drive traffic and increase online sales.

- Coordinate with the marketing agencies to create and execute digital marketing campaigns.

- Maintain and update product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.

- Monitor website analytics and generate reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with the customer service team to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.

- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices to keep the client at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Website/E-Commerce Manager or similar role.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website management, and digital marketing.

- Previous experience with Visual soft and Shopify platforms advantageous

- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

- Excellent project management and organisational skills.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for luxury home furnishings and interior design advantageous
