Quality Manager

Position Overview: As a Quality Manager, you will oversee all aspects of quality management within the manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving quality control systems to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of quality assurance principles, and a proven track record of driving quality initiatives in an injection moulding environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures to optimise manufacturing processes.
• Establish and maintain quality standards, inspection protocols, and testing methodologies.
• Lead quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to eliminate quality defects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Train and mentor quality assurance personnel to ensure a culture of quality throughout the organisation.
• Manage non conformences, customer feedback and coordinate responses to quality inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in quality management within the injection moulding industry.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience with ISO standards (ISO 9001) and other relevant quality certifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive process improvements.
• Effective leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering superior quality products.
• Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
