About the role
KL Talent Solutions are looking for a number of Inspectors to assist throughout our clients Fabrication areas due to sizeable growth and increasing order book.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Inspection of fabricated assemblies at various stages of assembly to ensure they conform with customer quality plan/drawings.
- Weld procedure checking.
- Dye penetrant of assemblies.
- PMI testing of materials and welds.
- Checking completed assemblies against final inspection report.
- Completion of material location sheets.
- Liaise with appropriate personnel.
- Working safely throughout all activities in line with Paralloy’s safety standards and procedures.
- General 5S housekeeping / Operator PPM.
- Able to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
- Able to assist in fabrication of assemblies when necessary.
- ASNT DPI Level 2 certification.
- Good communication skills: both written and verbal.
- A good understanding of health & safety, environmental issues and quality rules.
