About the role
Yard Operative (Temporary)
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
Pay Rate: £13.00 – £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Start Date: Week Commencing 22nd June Monday
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm

Hue Recruitment is currently recruiting a hardworking and reliable Yard Operative to support a busy builders’ merchant in Hemel Hempstead.
This is a hands-on role that would suit candidates who enjoy physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a busy team environment.
Key Duties:
* Stacking bricks and building materials
* Re-wrapping pallets and stock
* General yard maintenance and housekeeping
* Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
* Moving and organising materials around the yard
* Supporting the yard team with day-to-day operational duties
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
What We’re Looking For:
* A strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Good level of physical fitness
* Reliable and punctual
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Previous yard, warehouse, labouring or builders’ merchant experience is advantageous but not essential
