MRICS Building Surveyor - Head of Department

Our client is a multi-disciplinary property consultancy with an enviable reputation for high quality service delivery. Due to internal business growth, they have an opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to oversee their successful BS department based in Central Manchester.

As well as being responsible for the day to day running of the department, you will also be highly involved in Commercial work, ranging from dilapidations, project work, structural surveys etc, with a stream of work coming from the agency and property management departments.

Although the Building Surveying department is already extremely busy, there is huge potential for further development, with the opportunity to grow the department on the back of a very strong Manchester brand known for specialising in commercial property.

This position would suit a highly motivated Building Surveyor who is looking for a long-term and progressive career move. This role offers the flexibility of a mix of home and office-based working, with travel predominately being located within the North West.
