Valuer/Lister

Our client is highly successful Estate Agent with a huge market presence on the Wirral. They have a reputation for exceptional customer service, and a modern approach to estate agency. With an excellent commission structure, rewards and career progression opportunities on offer, this could be the Estate Agency Valuations role you have been waiting for! The role will be based within a highly successful office located on the Wirral. As a Valuer within this prestigious agent, you will be responsible for listing a range of local properties and ensuring that customers always receive an excellent level of service. As a Valuer, you will be comfortable working to convert instructions targets and KPI’s. You will proactively contact prospective vendors to arrange property valuations, along with upselling a range of additional services to your clients. You will also be involved in the initial marketing process and working with the sales team to ensure that sales are progressed through to completion. This is an extremely busy role where you will be challenged every day, and you will have an opportunity to make a real difference to the success of the company. Our client is offering an exceptional salary of circa £22 - £30k basic (DOE) plus on target earnings of £40k and car allowance. We are looking for candidate who possess the following skills and attributes:

• Valuations experience with a proven track record in taking on new instructions
• A thorough knowledge of the estate industry
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure, experience within a target driven role
• Confident, professional and well presented
• Must have a driving license
• Professional telephone manner
• Enthusiastic and highly driven
• Ambitious and career minded
• Team player, honest and personable
• Must be able to work some weekends plus the odd evening.
