Land and New Homes Business Development Manager

We are currently working with a prestigious property sales organisation, who have grown to be a market leader across the North-West. Due to expansion within the group, they have an opportunity for a high calibre Business Development Manager, to support their Land and New Homes Division, across Liverpool, Chester and the Wirral.

The purpose of the role is to win new business from local residential property developers, establishing and developing long term relationships to act as a sole agent for a range of new build properties. You will source, contact and seek to meet local developers as well as presenting the proposed sales strategy to demonstrate how you can benefit them, by working closely alongside them on a long-term basis.

We are looking for a highly motivated, sales driven candidate, who has some experience within a new build environment. You should also have some knowledge of the housing building process, including planning (and the issues which can surround it). Essentially, we need you to be able to speak the language of the developer and be able to converse with them about ‘the build’.

The role will be target driven, so we are looking for a successful salesperson, who is able to grow and develop the land and new homes division, being able to work on their own initiative whilst being given the backing and management support to grow.

Whilst the role is office based in Liverpool, the job will require you to travel to sites across the northwest, with much of your day being spent out of the office, meeting with clients.

Salary will be £25000 - £30000k basic, plus commission car/or car allowance.
