• With a strong focus on sales and marketing, you will be responsible for new business streams via prospecting and new tenant enquiries.
• As a confident sales person you will be comfortable maximising revenue from new and existing tenants, showcasing the premium space available via viewings, tours, and events.
• Building relationships within the local property sector you will be able to network and generate leads, turning these leads into new business within the centre.
• With your exceptional customer focus you will provide a quality product and service to tenants, always ensuring retention and tenant satisfaction across the centre.
• With a clear financial focus, you will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of the centre, margins, and maximising the most out the asset during sign ups and renewals.
• By building successful relationships with all tenants, you will be able to financially maximise on growth within these businesses, managing moves into larger spaces and offices, providing quality customer service whilst keeping a focus on profitability and revenue.
• You will take pride in offering a premier business destination and will be responsible for the Health and Safety, housekeeping, and maintenance within the site is delivered to the high quality expected.

    As the successful Business Centre Manager you will have/be  

• A proven background as a Business Centre Manager, with experience in being responsible for P&L, revenue streams etc.
• A confident business developer, with a successful track record in achieving business and profit related targets.
• A strong customer service focus.
• An able multi-tasker, confident in thinking “out of the box” where necessary and adapting to an ever changing day.
• A clear financial focus
