Portfolio Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Portfolio manager, to work within a prestigious company, based within their flagship office south Manchester.

The role will be based within the build to rent asset team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, working alongside 2 major clients.

The role will focus on developing these key client relationships, ensuring that they receive an exceptional level of service and are encouraged to bring additional properties into the managed portfolio. You will also be responsible for the active management of the properties, organising maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors, managing health and safety, maintaining strong tenant relationships, managing rental payments and debts, contact renewals and all other related management issues.

Our client is a high-end market leading agent with a reputation for exceptional customer service. We are therefore looking for a high calibre, professional property manager, who has strong client relationship skills. You should have experience managing high end properties, together with a solid background in residential property management. The role will suit a candidate who is looking to take the next step within their career from residential to portfolio management.

This is a progressive role within a department with long term growth plans, so there will be plenty of opportunities for career development for the right candidate.

Our client is offering a competitive salary of £25,000k - £28,000k, plus bonuses, rewards and private health care.
