Head of Property Management

We have a unique opportunity for a ‘Head of Property Management’, to manage a highly successful lettings and PM team, working within a respected property organisation based in a lively suburb of South Liverpool.

We are seeking an extremely high calibre candidate with a strong background within residential property management, the ability to lead a team and oversee the smooth running of the lettings and property management function.

Looking after an established portfolio, you will be responsible for the day-to-day property management, landlord and tenant relationships, ensuring compliance and all current legislation is adhered to whilst delivering high quality customer service every day.

You will also have experience in managing a team, training, coaching and developing team members so that they are able to reach their full potential.

You should have a current knowledge of all relevant legislation and ideally ARLA qualified.

Our client is offering an excellent package of £40,000 - £45,000 basic plus profit share with an OTE of £60,000.
