Clifton Gray is working with a leading planning consultancy who have an exceptional reputation due to their successful track record and accomplished team. Due to a sustained period of growth, the firm is looking to strengthen the planning team with the addition of a Planner.

Taking a position in the North West planning function this role will suit a Chartered Planner or a Planner who has begun their pathway, either with Consultancy or Local Authority experience, somebody wanting to be part of a highly acclaimed business.

Working predominately across the North West, as the firm’s Planner you will prepare, review, and draft an array of planning documentation for a variety of sectors, prepare often complex planning applications, draft site appraisals, undertake research and write reports, and attend site visits which will enable you to fully advise on planning matters.
