MRICS Rating Surveyor

A well respected and acknowledged practice is currently seeking an MRICS Rating Surveyor to join the North West Rating team. Within this MRICS Rating Surveyor position, you will take responsibility for your own caseload and contribute to fee billing and profit targets. You will have direct client liaison and will provide bespoke rates appeal and mitigation advice, pursuing cases through to tribunal. As a confident communicator, you will enjoy liaising with existing clients and finding potential new business and will have a strong drive to achieve the best results possible. This role is an ideal opportunity for an MRICS Rating Surveyor looking for the next step in their career with a rating role offering greater responsibility and autonomy. You will be an integral part of this successful Rating team, using your existing market success, tenacity and experience to support directors and the wider team.
