Social Media and Marketing Manager

Our client has a unique and exciting opportunity for a Creative Social Media and Marketing Manager, to work within their extremely highly successful estate agency. Based within their dynamic office on the Wirral and working alongside a highly professional, award winning team, we are seeking a high calibre marketing manager to work within a market leading brand. As Social Media and Marketing Manager, you will manage and develop the company’s social media presence, regularly posting feeds, videos and success stories onto Instagram, twitter and Facebook, ensuring that you continually grow the social media following and online presence. You will also manage trust pilot reviews, dealing with any potential negativity in a positive and professional manner. You will be responsible for manging all online platforms, creating cutting edge marketing and video content, showcasing their brand in a unique way to develop market presence even further. We are therefore looking for a highly creative candidate who has experience in all areas of social media and marketing, a genuine passion for the property industry and exceptional IT and creative writing skills. Ideally you will be a marketing/social media graduate possessing at least 2 years’ experience within a similar role. Our client can offer long term career progression and the opportunity for promotion will be available to the successful candidate, within 12 months. The starting salary will be £25,000K - £30,000k and the working hours will be Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.00pm.
