Lettings Negotiator

Our client is a highly successful letting agent, with a huge portfolio of Residential and BTR properties, across the north of England. They are now looking for an outstanding and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their fun and friendly team, with their office located in Leeds city centre.   Our client requires a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is outgoing, a good communicator and enjoys working in a target driven environment. Above all else, this individual must be passionate about property! This dynamic team of property professionals have a reputation for providing exceptional customer service and they are looking for a proactive individual who has the potential to make a real impact within the business. This is a challenging role which is ideal for someone who thrives upon working in a fast-moving environment as no two days will be the same! Typically, your daily role will include:

• Booking & conducting viewings at the properties around Leeds
• Actively seeking & signing up new landlords and properties to increase the portfolio
• Conducting property and rent appraisals
• Answering incoming enquiries via telephone/email/online
• Liaising with tenants & landlords
• Processing tenant applications and reference checks
• Assisting with marketing the rooms online
• Onboarding new tenants onto the CRM
• Processing move-ins/move-outs at the office – handing over/receiving keys & occasionally taking payments
• Processing rent increases
• Handling check-outs and deposit claims
• Working closely with the Lettings & Property Management teams
• You must have a driving licence (pool car is provided)

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within lettings. Our client is offering a basic salary of £22,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience plus commission.
