Operations Manager

Our client is a highly successful property organisation with ambitious plans for expansion over the next 12 months. As a result of this growth, they now have an opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager, to work alongside their sales and marketing departments, based in their dynamic office in north Liverpool.

Primarily to enable to smooth running of the teams, we are looking for a highly motivated and organised operations manager, who can take responsibility for managing the overall activities within the office, working alongside the sales director.

Some of these duties will include reporting and producing sales figures, producing KPI reports and stats for analysis. Managing payroll administration and VAT (alongside the support of an external accountant), staff management and motivation, setting daily team tasks and objectives, assisting and coaching the team and ensuring that the office environment is an enjoyable one to work in.

You must be a highly motivated, confident operations manager who is able to self-manage and to improve overall business performance through accurate reporting and KPI management.

Salary £35,000 - £40,000k.
