Commercial Property Manager

A prestigious and accomplished property firm in Lancashire is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Manager to join the property department of this impressive organisation.   This role is an ideal opportunity for an experienced property manager with commercial property experience, or a property graduate with some experience of working within commercial property management.   As the successful Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for looking after your own commercial portfolio, working closely with Head of Department and senior members of the team.   Responsibilities will include, • Ensuring all assets are managed to their maximum efficiency • Managing service charge budgets with senior team • Lease negotiations, preparing Heads of Terms, and preparing leases and tenancy agreements • Negotiation of lease renewals, and preparation for critical lease events such as reviews, expires, and break options • Overseeing site refurbishments and maintenance works • Main point of contact for all existing and new tenants, dealing with enquiries and keeping in regular contact to ensure a quality service • Maintaining regular reviews • Awareness of rental and expenditure budgets • Ensuring all internal reports are kept in order   My client is looking for someone who has a real passion for property and wants to build a career within commercial property management.
