Property Inspector

Our client is an award-winning prestigious property organisation who are going through a period of substantial growth and they are currently looking for an experienced PROPERTY INSPECTOR to join their team in Eccles. An exciting time to be joining this ambitious company who are dedicated in providing an exceptional service to their clients alongside offering a supportive and collaborative work environment to their staff. You will be working with a dynamic team of property professionals and duties and responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of Inventories prior to commencement of a tenancy
• Meeting new tenants at the property and conducting move ins
• Mid tenancy Property Visits
• Discussing any maintenance-based issues with tenants in occupation
• Liaising with Property Managers to ensure maintenance issues are being looked after and dealt with prior to new tenants taking occupation
• General admin including typing up reports and updating software
• Preparation of a check out report at the end of a tenancy that documents the condition of the property
• General Property Management duties
• Viewings and Site Visits
• Sign off visits after works
• Follow key 'checking in and out' and “Audit” procedure

This is a busy and challenging role, and customer service experience is essential! You must have excellent organisational skills, have strong relationship management skills and be able to deal with high pressure situations in a professional manner as no two days will be the same! Our client is offering a basic of £24,000 - £26,000 plus bonus. Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm. Other benefits include:
