Property Administrator

An exciting opportunity to join a well-established successful property organisation in Manchester who are currently seeking an experienced PROPERTY Administrator to join their team. They are looking for a highly organised, well presented and customer focused individual to join their dynamic team of experienced professionals! A fantastic opportunity to join the business during a period of expansion. Based at their flagship office and reporting to the Head of Property Management, the duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

• Dealing with day-to-day tenant and landlord enquiries.
• Preparing tenancy paperwork
• Handling move ins and ensuring a smooth handover process with the tenant
• Referencing
• Tenancy renewals
• Liaising efficiently with other departments
• General lettings administration including scanning documents and updating databases
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and landlords, updating both parties on processes

This is a busy role and the ideal candidate will have experience from working in a similar position. You must have excellent organisational skills, communication skills and relationship management. This is a fast-paced role and you must be able to deal with high pressure situations in a professional manner as no two days will be the same! Our client is offering a basic salary of £23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. This is a fantastic opportunity not to be missed.
