Property Marketing Executive

An extremely successful, independent Estate Agent in South Liverpool is currently seeking a Property Marketing Executive to join the company! This role will suit an experienced sales negotiator who is eager to make that next step in their career towards being a property valuer. The role of the Property Marketing Executive will involve visiting the clients’ property after the company valuer has been to see them to provide them with a valuation. You will be responsible for taking photographs, preparing the floor plan and putting together the marketing material for the property, thereafter listing it online on the company’s website and various other platforms. You will carry out these responsibilities whilst ensuring the customers always receive an excellent level of service. We are looking for a candidate who possess the following skills and attributes:

• Property sales experience with a proven track record in taking on new instructions or an experienced negotiator looking to progress to the next stage of their career
• A creative flair for photography and marketing text
• A thorough knowledge of the property industry
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure, experience within a target driven role
• Confident, professional and well presented
• Enthusiastic and highly driven
• Ambitious and career minded
• Team player, honest and personable

Our client is offering a basic salary £20,000 plus a lucrative bonus/commission scheme.
