After Sales Support Supervisor

Our client is a fast-growing international brokerage with impressive offices in Salford Quays. They have an opportunity for a customer relations/after sales supervisor to support the sales teams with client orders for their global clients.

Located in their impressive offices in Media City, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of after sales agents, to ensure that client orders are delivered seamlessly and as efficiently as possible. The team is responsible for arranging international shipments to deliver high value products, keeping clients informed with after sales progress and ensuring that customers experience an exceptionally high level of customer service.

The role will require a strong administrator who has meticulous attention to detail, fully competent with MS office and ideally familiar with CRM systems. You must also be highly customer service driven with a professional telephone manner and able to confidently converse with international clients.
