Graduate Asset and Property Management Surveyor (experienced)

Are you currently a Graduate Surveyor working in an area of General Practice such as Asset Management or Property Management? Are you not getting the opportunity to become Chartered, or perhaps the support is lacking in terms of you completing the APC?   Due to continued success, a leading property firm is looking for an experienced graduate level General Practice Surveyor with good quality commercial property experience to join the North West team. This role provides exceptional APC support, with the firm having a successful track record in helping graduates pass the APC and become Chartered.   With a supportive Asset and Property Management team around you, your role will include carrying out property inspections, providing a high level of professional service and advice to your portfolio,  attending client meetings, seeking new opportunities, helping prepare service charge budgets, preparing for key lease events, with a focus on combining your existing work experience and knowledge as a Commercial Property Graduate to achieve a first-class service. This role truly gives the individual terrific exposure as a Graduate. As the successful Graduate Asset and Property Management Surveyor, you will have previous commercial property experience coupled with a RICS accredited degree in Real Estate Management or similar.   In return my client can offer a highly negotiable salary DOE whilst also offering a clear path for career progression.
