Data Analyst

Our client is a prestigious property company with a reputation for excellence and quality. An opportunity has arisen within their Heswall based office, for a Data Administrator to join their lively team. Data is at the heart of their organisation so this role will involve exposure to sales, marketing, finance and operational sectors with opportunity to develop new skills.   The Data Administrator will assist the Senior Data Analyst in providing critical data and market trends to key people across the organisation so informed decisions can be made.   While this is an administrative role, there will be opportunities to develop new skills and access training that will provide a pathway into data analysis.   The duties of the role will include:  

• Managing several key databases and entering new data
• Ensuring data quality across the organisation
• Exporting data from various sources to feed Company dashboards.
• Prepare data for analysis using Tableau Prep.
• Communicate market insight with our subscribed database.

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:  

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Can work accurately at a fast pace.
• Will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Can demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication.
• Basic knowledge of Tableau products (desirable)
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (desirable)
