Lettings/property manager

My client is an extremely successful, independent letting agent, with an excellent reputation within the local property market. Located on the Wirraland set within newly refurbished offices, our client provides an excellent working environment offering career progression, a competitive commission structure and the opportunity to work with a supportive management team. They have a new opportunity for an experienced lettings negotiator /property manager to join their thriving Wirral office, due to the demands of an expanding team. This is a fast-paced Lettings position, where you will be given the autonomy to develop new and existing business, sourcing new properties and landlords, arranging valuations and viewings, dealing with the full lettings process until the point of move-in. You will already be successful letting negotiator, a highly motivated, career driven candidate who is capable of exceeding targets and has a natural flair for customer service. Main duties:

• Arranging and attending viewings
• Developing new landlord relationships
• Targeted on winning new business and developing current client relationships
• Negotiating sales and rental contract terms
• Working to daily targets
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service
• Working closely with the property management team
• Contract renewals
• Sourcing and advertising new properties
• Generating new business opportunities
• Sourcing new landlords and properties
• Marketing new instructions on line

  We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate who has experience within the lettings sector and is now looking for the next step within their career.
