We are looking for an exceptional sales manager to lead a team of consultative telephone sales agents, for a prestigious brokerage, based in Salford Quays. Within this sales management role, you will be responsible for a team of 15 consultative sales agents, selling investment products to clients both in the UK and globally. We are looking for a highly intelligent sales manager who has experience in adapting sales pitches to suit a multitude of clients, cultures and language barriers. You should be an exceptional relationship builder with the ability to build your teams confidence and performance, though training and daily coaching, enabling your team to reach their full potential. Most sales will initially be made over the telephone developing to some face-to-face meetings at a later stage. You should have your own proven track record in developing new business and managing highly performing sales teams, ideally within a telephone sales environment. The ability to speak an additional language would also be extremely beneficial. The roe is based in Salford Quays but may require some travel to London and other UK cities.
